NEXSAFE is the safety layer every NEXLEFT trip runs inside — identity, verification, and accountability built into the platform rather than sold as an upsell.
Who is driving you
Identity is verified, not claimed. Every driver holds a NEXPASS account with graduated verification — email and phone, then government ID, then enhanced review. Documents are reviewed by a person before a driver is approved.
NEXLIGHT confirms you are getting into the right car. On supported trips, a per-trip cryptographic handshake between the rider and driver apps at the curb verifies the match before the door closes.
NEXGUARD protects the platform itself. Device attestation blocks tampered or emulated apps from reaching our network.
Sharing your trip
Trusted contacts, saved on your phone. Add the people you want to reach quickly. The list is stored on your device — we never hold it.
Share a trip in one tap. Send your destination, ETA, and current location to anyone through your own messaging apps. The driver is never involved and never sees who you told. This sends a snapshot at the moment you share it, not a continuously updating link.
If something goes wrong
Report a driver from inside the app. Conduct and safety concerns go straight to our trust and safety team.
You can prevent a rematch. Our pairing system can permanently block a specific rider and driver from ever being matched again — a decision you never have to explain twice.
Reports are investigated, and the outcome is recorded. Confirmed incidents carry graduated consequences, from required safety training through to removal from the platform. Drivers may appeal with documentation, and reinstatement requires completing the training tied to the incident.
Zero tolerance on drugs and alcohol. Every driver accepts this policy in writing before their first trip, and acceptance is recorded against the agreement version they signed.
